Guarantee on Commissioned Paintings
When you commission a painting from an artist, you must have a significant amount of faith in the artist. It is a big decision, especially if you don't already know the artist. Byron Tracy Snyder understands that concern and appreciates your trust. On all commissioned work, he works closely with the client to insure the final painting meets their expectations. At the end of the process, however, if you are not completely satisfied, your deposit will be refunded minus any expenses incurred for travel.
To get a refund, the painting must be returned in excellent condition (if not already in the artist's possession).

Return policy on other paintings
If you purchase a painting from the "Paintings For Sale" section of the web site and are not satisfied with the product upon arrival, you may return the painting for a refund, minus shipping charges. Shipments are insured, so if there is shipping damage, please notify the studio immediately.
